EMENORM INJECTION belongs to a group of medicines called anti-emetics used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and which might occur after migraine. Additionally, EMENORM INJECTION is also used to treat gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and delayed gastric emptying. Nausea is an uneasy feeling in which the person feels an urge to vomit, whereas vomiting is an uncontrollable reflex that expels the contents of the stomach through the mouth. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the food pipe (oesophagus).
Take EMENORM INJECTION 30minutes before food, preferably at bedtime. The tablet form of EMENORM INJECTION should be swallowed as a whole with a glass of water; do not chew, or break the tablet. The liquid form of EMENORM INJECTION should be taken by mouth using the measuring cup provided by the pack; shake the bottle well before each use.
