About Antimicrobial Expert

Umbilical polyurethane catheter, totally radiopaque with Expert technology, containing the AgION antimicrobial agent made of silver ions integrated within the wall of the catheter, used for short term venous catheterisation.
The Expert catheters release silver ions on their internal and external surfaces, so the catheter offers both intraluminal and extraluminal protective action.
Because the silver ions are sensitive to light (photoreactive), the catheter is supplied within a green protective tubing.

Numerical graduations every centimetre from 4 to 25 cm from the distal tip.

The catheter is intended to be used for venous or arterial access.

This catheter is supplied with a 3-way stopcock (Vyclic Color) with identification plugs: blue (venous access) and red (arterial access).
